Welcome to GamingServerPing.com. By accessing or utilizing our website, interactive network testing utilities, or API endpoints, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Informational & Diagnostic Purpose

GamingServerPing provides real-time network estimation tools (including round-trip latency, jitter, packet loss simulation, and bandwidth calculations). All metrics are generated client-side from the user's browser to public cloud endpoints. While our tests represent high-fidelity diagnostic approximations, latency during live gameplay may fluctuate based on game publisher server load, client-side tick processing, ISP routing shifts, and localized Wi-Fi noise.

2. Non-Affiliation & Publisher Trademarks

GamingServerPing is an independent diagnostic website. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or studio mentioned on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Valve Corporation (Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Deadlock, Team Fortress 2)
  • Riot Games (Valorant, League of Legends)
  • Epic Games (Fortnite, Rocket League)
  • Krafton Inc. (PUBG, BGMI)
  • Electronic Arts / EA Sports (Apex Legends, Battlefield, EA Sports FC)
  • Blizzard Entertainment / Activision (Call of Duty, Overwatch 2, Diablo IV)

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GamingServerPing solely for lawful personal or organizational network diagnostics. You agree not to:

  • Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or high-concurrency headless scripts intended to flood, overwhelm, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our edge testing endpoints.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or inject malicious payload code into our client-side ping engine.
  • Frame, scrape, or republish our real-time metrics for commercial re-sale without explicit written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

GamingServerPing is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous 100% uninterrupted uptime or that our diagnostic estimates will prevent in-game disconnection or latency spikes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GamingServerPing, its founders, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use this service, including ranked match rank demotions, matchmaking bans, or hardware misconfigurations.
